Once we've figured out the details, all we need is your name and phone number.
To secure your Jetskis there is a 10% booking deposit, paid securely through Square online. The remaining balance is paid in person at the boat launch by cash or card.

We will reach out before delivery to confirm your time. Delivery will always be at the chosen boat launch, at the chosen time. Please have the following:
- Drivers license
- Credit card for payment + security deposit
- Any potential operators

Meeting at the launch, our staff will guide you through the following steps:
- Take photos of the Jetskis as a record of damages, you are welcome to do the same.
- Rental contract / Liability waiver
- Payment and security deposit
- Conversation about safety and operation
- Answer any of your questions or inquiries

Here are a few of your basic obligations during the rental:
- Safely tie to the dock with ropes and fenders
- Safe and responsible operation
- In the event of an accident, injury or damage, contact Luke's Marine, and any local emergency services if needed
- The Jetskis are delivered full of fuel, but they may need more depending on your usage.
- Do not permit use by minors or operators who did not sign the rental contract
- Do not allow passengers who did not complete their own liability waiver
- Have a great time!

Renters are expected to be on time for pickup, this allows Luke's Marine to maintain a timely schedule for other renters.
Please note:
- Must return life jackets, ropes, and fenders
- Jetskis will be inspected for damage, in reference to the photos taken upon delivery
- As long as there is no further damage or missing equipment, your security deposit refund will be initiated at this time.
Boating License information:
In the State of Maine:
- "Beginning January 1, 2024, a person born on or after January 1, 1999 must be 16 years of age or older and have completed a Boater Safety and Education Course to operate a personal watercraft on inland waters of the State." - Maine.gov
- Temporary 14 day certificates are available at the link below.
In the State of New Hampshire
- You must be 16 years old to operate a PWC
- You must have a NASBLA approved boating license
