• Children age 12 and under must wear a properly fitted life jacket at all times aboard the vessel
• All operators must sign the rental contract
• All operators in NH must present a boaters license.
• All operators in ME born after 1998 must present a boaters license.
• No operator should be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Watercraft are not allowed to be operated past dusk.

• Watercraft will  always have required safety equipment onboard. (Fire extinguisher, 8 life jackets, throwable PFD, horn signal device, flares, anchor)
• Bring life jackets for any children age 12 and under.  We do our best to have a variety available upon delivery, however we cannot accommodate every combination of sizing in a group
• Dock lines and fenders are always included. You are responsible for the safe storage of the  watercraft

• There is a $1500 security damage deposit captured on a credit card at the time of delivery. This is typically fully refunded on the spot, at the end of a rental.
• 360 degree photos are taken at the time of delivery to document existing damage.  Renters are always welcome to document the condition. We take pride in our equipment.

•      Your boat will be delivered fully fueled. 

                                         Renters choice:
            • Return the boat with a full tank, or
            • Use our post-rental refueling service for $100
